As area restaurant owners ponder how (and whether) to reopen their establishments, the following have reopened their dining rooms or have reopened for carryout, curbside pickup, or delivery. 6 North Café: The cafe will be fulfilling dine-in, drive thru and online orders from 7 a.m.- 5 p.m. Order online here or through ToastApp. While their Downtown location has been closed, the Ballwin cafe is still fully operational. 14438 Clayton Road, Ballwin, 636-527-0400.
612 Kitchen and Cocktails: The vintage style lounge and bar reopens with some new dishes, courtesy of new co-owner (and chef) Matthew Ahearn. Now open Tuesday-Thursday and Sunday from 3-9 p.m. dine-in, carryout and curbside and from 3-10 p.m. on Friday-Saturday. Akar: Bernie Lee's Asian fusion restaurant has reopened its patio, but still offers curbside pickups from 4 - 8:30 p.m. daily. An added bonus: Most dishes are gluten-free and vegan-friendly. 7641 Wydown, Clayton, 314-553-9914.

Ameristar Casino: Ameristar St. Charles is scheduled to reopen June 1, however, their website warns some dining options may be limited. 1 Ameristar, St. Charles, 636-949-7777.

BLT’s- Breakfast, Lunch, and Tacos: BLT’s reopened its dining room on Friday, May 29 at limited capacity. Takeout, curbside pick up, and delivery through apps is still available. 626 N. 6th, 314-925-8505.

Bar Les Frères: For those looking for something different that does not involve a sit-down dinner, Bar Les Frères is now offering French Picnic for Two packs. The restaurant is also offering wine, a la carte dinner dishes, and appetizers. Order online here. 7637 Wydown, Clayton, 314-725-8880.
Barrio: Debuting on June 19, the former Mexican restaurant in the DeMun neighborhood is the new home of a burger and French fry concept. 840 DeMun, Clayton, 314-725-0322.
Bartolino’s Osteria: The dining room is now open, and the staff strongly recommends making a reservation. Reservations can be made here or via phone. Patrons can dine-in from 11 a.m. - 9 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 4 p.m. - 10 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Curbside carryout options are still available. 2103 Sulphur Ave., 314-644-2266.

Basso: The dining room will reopen at 25 percent capacity, with service resuming at 4 p.m. May 18, and then resume regular hours, including Happy Hour, with food and drink specials from 4–6 p.m. Mon - Fri. BEAST Butcher & Block: Restaurant has reopened for curbside pickup and delivery. Patio reopened June 6. Orders can be placed in the parking lot or by calling 314-944-6003 (with online ordering available soon). Shortly following the reopen, The Butchery will expand into scheduled meat and grocery delivery. 4156 Manchester, The Grove.
Beffa's: A full menu of appetizers, sandwiches, soups, salads, entrees, desserts, beer, and wine is available for curbside pick-up. Call or place order online. Bella Milano: Bella O’ Fallon is now offering patio seating for reservation only, weather permitting. Customers must wear face masks when entering the building, and no more than six guests are allowed per table. The Edwardsville location’s patio is now open as well under the same guidelines. Bella Vino Wine Bar & Tapas: The Wine Bar made its return in early May, and is offering dine-in seating inside and on its patio, as well as curbside service. Biggies Restaurant & Bar: With the reopening of dine-in, Biggies is eliminating delivery. Pick up and curbside is still available. Stop in Tuesday-Thursday and Sunday from 11 a.m. - 9 p.m. Hours are extended until 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday. In order to prepare customers for the transition, Biggies posted this video on their Facebook. Billy G’s Kirkwood: Billy G’s is now offering its full menu for both dine-in and curbside services. The inside of the restaurant now looks a bit different, as tables are 6 feet apart, the waiting area is closed, all menus are disposable or viewed online and parties may not exceed more than 10 customers. Bishop’s Post: Dining room and patio are operating on a reservations-only basis during normal business hours and abiding by CDC and St. Louis County recommendations. Curbside available daily. 16125 Chesterfield Parkway West, Chesterfield, 636-536-9404.
Blood & Sand: The dining room will reopen on May 26 at limited capacity. In the interim, order here for curbside pickup and delivery Tue-Sat, 4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. The new exec chef is Jon Dreja, whose career includes stints leading the kitchens of Vin de Set, Franco, and 808 Maison. Bloom Café: Bloom offers it all: dine-in (at 25% capacity), patio seating, curbside/contactless pick up, and delivery through third-party apps. Open Monday-Saturday from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. 5200 Oakland, Kings Oak, 314-652-5666.
Blueberry Hill: The Loop will welcome back yet another dining option when Blueberry Hill makes its return June 5. 6504 Delmar, Delmar Loop, 314-727-4444.
Blues City Deli: The deli has reopened its doors, allowing for carryout only with a maximum of seven customers in the deli at a time. Their website warns prices are subject to change due to meat shortages. Closed Sundays. 2438 McNair, 314-773-8225.
Boathouse: The Forest Park icon reopened May 30 for limited patio seating. Guests are also encouraged to grab items from the picnic-friendly menu and enjoy their meal in the park. Brew Hub Taproom- Bring your dogs to the patio, or enjoy a meal inside with friends and family (while practicing social distancing, of course). Due to limited seating, the Taproom asks patrons to call ahead. Curbside is offered as well. 5656 Oakland, Chelktenham, 314-833-5453.
BrickTop’s: In addition to curbside pickup, BrickTop’s has opened its dining room, providing service during full lunch and dinner hours. 10342 Clayton, 314-567-6300.
BRIO Tuscan Grille: While BRIO is not yet open for dine-in, it are continuing to offer curbside and delivery services. 1601 S. Lindbergh, 314-432-4410.
Broadway Oyster Bar: Dining room and patio reopen May 27. Reservations are highly recommended (phones open one hour prior to service). New hours are Wed-Thu 3-7 p.m.; Fri-Sun 12-7 p.m. and masks are recommended. Curbside pick-up and online ordering for delivery of limited menu plus beer and Southern Comfort hurricanes is still available, with more items added each week. 736 S. Canyon Café: St. Louis’s Canyon Café is offering both dine-in (for parties of six or less) and curbside pickup of a limited menu during lunch and dinner hours. Reservations are not being taken at this time. 1707 S. Lindbergh, 314-872-3443.
The Capital Grille: The website extensively details the precautions they’re taking as the dining room doors open. Table layouts have been reconfigured to allow for social distancing, guests are asked to wear masks when not at their table and all employees will be wearing masks and sanitizing often. Clementine’s Naughty and Nice Creamery: Clementine’s is back with summer seasonal flavors! While patrons can no longer dine-in, they can still visit their nearest store and pick their favorite gourmet ice cream flavor. Delivery and curbside pickup is also offered. Concord Grill: Limited seating now available inside and outside on the patio. Drunken Fish: While Drunken Fish announced the temporary closing of its Ballpark Village location in late March, both its Central West End and Westport Plaza are now offering customers a dine-in experience. Fitz’s Bottling Company – The Loop location is now open for take out, dining room, and patio seating, while the South County location is offering patio reservations, curbside, and Carhop reservations.
